Golden Triangle Consultants were pleased to attend the World Evidence, Pricing and Access Congress 2023 in Amsterdam.

The event brought together a broad community of pricing, market access, HEOR and evidence professionals to discuss the rapidly evolving access environment for medicines around the world.

For us, the congress was an opportunity to exchange views on International Reference Pricing, global launch sequencing, data-driven pricing strategy and the increasing need for modelling tools that can turn complex market relationships into practical decisions.

## Connecting modelling with strategy

A recurring theme in our work is that sophisticated analysis has limited value if it remains disconnected from decision-making. IRP models, budget-impact tools and pricing dashboards are most effective when they are embedded into launch planning, governance and forecasting processes.

The discussions in Amsterdam reinforced the importance of bringing together market knowledge, robust data and usable analytical tools rather than relying on isolated spreadsheets or generic solutions.
